Besides everything they make bing delicious., they do something I never saw before. Without mentioning any competitors, El Rinconcito makes their empanadas fresh to order. Usually empanadas sit it an heater box for hours. Besides not being sure what filling was used there is also the tendency to get dry and the consistency of Reinforced Concrete. El Rinconcito de Sabores got rid of their heater Box. Besides enjoying a slightly crispy shell, the filling is generous and delicious. I have to order an empanada no matter what I order.

We ate her both before and after we went to Mexico for a week of vacation at a resort in Riviera Maya. The food we ate at El Rinconcito was better than being in Mexico! We are vegetarians and the burritos we got were tasty and fabulous. You could tell that everything was made fresh. I only wish I lived closer to JFK so I could eat there more often.

I always order from here or I ask my mom to order for me , I love their rice and beans especially with the flautas !!! It's so good and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good meal ! I order for delivery and they never fail to deliver the food carefully and it's always very well handed and made . I would add a picture but I never get the time to stop and take it because I dig right in but great food

El Rinconcito is one of those can't miss, authentic, neighborhood Mexican restaurant that pretty much gets it right nearly every time. It doesn't try to be anything more than exactly what you'd expect. But then again, you're not coming here for a fancy meal. You're coming here because you want the real deal. This is the real deal. The server is probably the owner's son or a relative as he's been the same kid who's waited on us every time we've been here over the last few years. Friendly, polite and he always gets the order right. The only reason for the missing star is that it's not always the fastest place for a meal. Sometimes orders can take a few minutes (or 10) longer than you'd expect, even when we're the only guests. Maybe they have a booming take out biz. Maybe they're just slow cooking to get it right. At the end of the day we always get what we come for, a great meal at relatively reasonable prices with delicious food.

I ordered again and now I have photographs. Same great taste. The meat is so flavorful. I want to put the gravy on everything.

Omg I'm so satisfied..the food was delicious! Food looks exactly like in the pictures a lot of variety to pick from and you can't go wrong with any of them , the way is made exactly like a traditional Mexican plate.
